The U.S. Naval Undersea Museum has facility meeting spaces that eligible groups may request for meetings, training sessions, official ceremonies, etc. Organizations and personnel that are eligible to apply to use the facilities of the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum are:
- Department of Defense and other federal agencies
- Public agencies of state and local government
The purpose for which museum facilities are used must be related to the mission of the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum or the U.S. Navy. Museum facilities may only be used by organizations and groups that comply with Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights laws and regulations. The museum is a federal facility and is subject to federal laws and regulations that prohibit its use for religious, political, or fundraising events.
The following facility spaces are available for use:
Jack Murdock Auditorium
Used for ceremonies, such as retirements and changes of command; all hands meetings; and trainings
Mary Bonnin Room
Seats approximately 44 comfortably classroom-style given the equipment already in the room
Used for meetings, trainings, and receptions
Seats 24 classroom-style
Used for meetings and trainings

- Fill out the Facilities Request Form and choose a submission method:
- Email to NUM_operations@navy.mil
- Drop at the museum front desk
